Skl\u00e1d\u00e1 se z \u0159ady ot\u00e1zek a \u00fakol\u016f t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se r\u016fzn\u00fdch aspekt\u016f soci\u00e1ln\u00edch dovednost\u00ed, jako je komunikace, sebe\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, hodnoty a osobn\u00ed dovednosti. U\u017eivatel\u00e9, obvykle mlad\u00ed lid\u00e9 ve v\u011bku 14 a\u017e 18 let, budou s n\u00e1strojem komunikovat tak, \u017ee budou odpov\u00eddat na ot\u00e1zky a plnit \u00fakoly, jejich\u017e v\u00fdsledky budou pou\u017eity k vytvo\u0159en\u00ed hodnocen\u00ed jejich siln\u00fdch a slab\u00fdch str\u00e1nek v t\u011bchto oblastech. Pomoc\u00ed bodov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu OSAT vyhodnot\u00ed odpov\u011bdi u\u017eivatel\u016f a poskytne jim zp\u011btnou vazbu o jejich p\u0159ipravenosti st\u00e1t se mentory, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e uvede i p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 oblasti, kter\u00e9 je t\u0159eba zlep\u0161it. Celkov\u011b si OSAT klade za c\u00edl poskytnout mlad\u00fdm lidem anal\u00fdzu jejich soci\u00e1ln\u00edch dovednost\u00ed a pomoci jim identifikovat oblasti, v nich\u017e mohou pot\u0159ebovat rozvoj, zejm\u00e9na v souvislosti s p\u0159\u00edpravou na mentoring.
