Este conjunto inclui: (1) Um Instrumento de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o online de compet\u00eancias sociais e de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o. Oferece um feedback personalizado aos jovens que aspiram a tornar-se mentores ou que procuram melhorar as suas compet\u00eancias; (2) Um guia para educadores, que oferece informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre como supervisionar eficazmente o processo de mentoria. Este guia dota os educadores dos conhecimentos e estrat\u00e9gias necess\u00e1rios para apoiar e orientar tanto os mentores como os mentorandos no processo de mentoria; (3) Um guia que inclui um conjunto diversificado de atividades para que mentores e mentorandos se envolvam de forma colaborativa. Estas atividades foram concebidas para promover a solidariedade e as compet\u00eancias sociais, a resili\u00eancia e o bem-estar emocional, refor\u00e7ando assim os la\u00e7os sociais e a Estes incluem role-playing, desafios colaborativos, tarefas art\u00edsticas e t\u00e9cnicas de reflex\u00e3o.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>No seu conjunto, o Guia de Atividades, oferece aos mentores e aos do Educador foi concebido para professores, animadores e profissionais que apoiam jovens que participam em iniciativas de mentoria entre pares. Fornece orienta\u00e7\u00f5es claras e pr\u00e1ticas sobre como preparar os mentores e os mentorandos para o processo de mentoria e sobre como acompanhar eficazmente todo o processo de mentoria.<\/p><p>O Guia incentiva os educadores a assumirem o papel de observadores ativos, em vez de atuarem como instrutores diretos: criando condi\u00e7\u00f5es seguras, observando a din\u00e2mica dos pares\/grupo e capacitando os jovens a aprenderem uns com os outros dentro do seu pr\u00f3prio ambiente social.<\/p><p>O Guia apoia a reflex\u00e3o sobre a pr\u00e1tica educativa e incentiva uma abordagem mais centrada nos jovens e no desenvolvimento da autonomia.<\/p><p>Ao dotar os educadores desta perspetiva, o Guia refor\u00e7a o processo de mentoria entre pares e ajuda os jovens \u2014 pesquisa bibliogr\u00e1fica reuniu os conhecimentos existentes e as evid\u00eancias cient\u00edficas produzidas nas comunidades cient\u00edficas de todos os pa\u00edses parceiros envolvidos no projeto StrongerYouth. Paralelamente, foi realizado um estudo emp\u00edrico com adolescentes dos pa\u00edses do cons\u00f3rcio acerca do ponto de vista dos adolescentes sobre os desafios \u00e0 sua sa\u00fade mental e recursos para com eles lidar.<\/p><p>Para garantir coer\u00eancia e comparabilidade, a equipa portuguesa da Universidade de \u00c9vora desenvolveu dois documentos metodol\u00f3gicos: um com orienta\u00e7\u00f5es para a revis\u00e3o bibliogr\u00e1fica e outro com a defini\u00e7\u00e3o dos procedimentos para a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o emp\u00edrica com amostras de adolescentes.<\/p><p>Com base nestas orienta\u00e7\u00f5es partilhadas, todos os parceiros realizaram as mesmas etapas de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o nos seus respetivos pa\u00edses comunicando igualmente as suas conclus\u00f5es de forma uniformizada<\/p><p>Este esfor\u00e7o conjunto de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o procurou tamb\u00e9m compreender como os jovens comunicam \u2014 entre pares e com a comunidade em geral \u2014 bem como das suas necessidades, valores e compet\u00eancias sociais. Com base tanto na investiga\u00e7\u00e3o documental como num inqu\u00e9rito que envolveu 600 jovens participantes, o estudo forneceu uma base de evid\u00eancias s\u00f3lida para o desenvolvimento dos principais produtos do projeto, incluindo o question\u00e1rio de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o online para identificar as compet\u00eancias sociais e pessoais dos candidatos a mentores.<\/p><p>Descarregue o Esta fase de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e1tica permitiu observar como os instrumentos e materiais funcionavam com os mentores e os mentorandos, identificar ajustes necess\u00e1rios e finalizar os materiais para utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o a longo prazo.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>O estudo piloto foi realizado em todos os pa\u00edses parceiros, permitindo que os instrumentos e materiais fossem testados em
